The Virus Is for real bro, just because it haven't killed someone close to you doesn't mean ayikho. N we must react when people are acting like fools when they clearly heard the regulations. They just the once who are taking the Government and economy steps back with this behavior- @NxuMan
Following the circulation of the video, the 54-year-old tarven owner was issued with a notice to appear before the Klerksdorp Magistrate's Court on Monday, 28 September 2020 for contravening Regulation 14(6) read with 5(2)(b) of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002).
Police have urged members of the public and business owners, once again to ensure strict compliance with the general measures to contain the spread of Covid-19 as stipulated in the lockdown regulations, including the mandatory wearing of cloth face masks and social distancing.
As per level 2 regulations, while the sale of alcohol is permitted at all liquor outlets, the number of guests, at any time, remains limited to prevent the spread of the virus.
