Inter-work competition can often be a contributing factor to the way someone perceives you.
Some people are “keep your friends close but enemies closer” kinda people. Others are like a horse - eyes forward and competing in your own race.
The only race people should be competing in is to be the best version of themselves.
But let’s be honest, for most people work doesn’t run that deep and they are just there to get on with it.

Irritating habits?
The small things that you do can really irritate the people you see with on the daily.
Whether it be chewing loudly, tapping your nails, talking loudly on the phone or just being a straight up “doos” it can make or break those work relationships.
Tattle tales, Moaning Myrtles or just your average Karen - some people just find something not to like and run with it.
They let it consume who they are and it forms part of their personality. Don’t worry it’s not you, it’s them, lol.
