They had us oohing and aahing the entire time!
President Cyril Ramaphosa gave us all the feels in a heartwarming video chat with ‘Water’ hitmaker Tyla.
The 22-year-old recently took home her first Grammy at the 66th edition of the prestigious music awards show and we could not be more proud!
She was all smiles as Uncle Cyril expressed how he’s been diving deep into her hit, ‘Water’, proudly claiming that it's locked in his memory vault.

The two had a friendly chat for just over three minutes with the President noting, more than once, how proud he was.
Ramaphosa also touched on his now-viral dance moment at the Presidential Youth Engagement earlier this week:
“I’ve been telling people that I’ve memorised it (‘Water’) and they were so envious. They were saying I should show the moves and the dance. I just said no, I will just show you a little bit. I will show you the full dance when Tyla is back and I can dance with her.”- Cyril Ramaphosa
Take a look at the charming conversation below:

Tyla won her first-ever Grammy in the 'Best African Music Performance' category on Sunday, 4 February. The singing sensation made history after becoming the youngest South African to win an award at the ceremony and Ramaphosa is definitely a fan.
