We regret to confirm there was an incident involving an unruly passenger who was escorted off one of our flights this morning- Kirby Gordon, FlySafair chief marketing officer
The video was captured by a fellow passenger. In the video, you can see and hear the unruly passenger shouting at the cabin crew and pointing his finger to anyone who tried to get him to adhere to the mask wearing COVID-19 regulations.
You can also see other male passengers in the video trying to intervene in the situation by trying to separate the cabin crew and the man at the helm of the chaos that was ensuing.
The incident is said to have taken place as soon as the the doors of the aircraft were closed and the stairs were retracted.
