Tracking down a doppelganger, whether they look like a celebrity or not, is always exciting!
And we have to admit that this resemblance is uncanny.

While we are disappointed that Lady Gaga is not competing as an Olympic taekwondo athlete as her side-hustle, you might still be wondering, "Who is this woman?"
Let us introduce you to the very decorated athlete, Julyana Al-Sadeq.

Julyana is currently representing Jordan as a taekwondo athlete, so don't mess with her, and competed in the Taekwondo Women's Welterweight 57-67kg category on Monday, the 26th of July.
It was during her bout with Milena Titoneli from Brazil that the camera got a shot of her striking resemblance to Gaga.

Julyana might have lost to Milena after experiencing a knockout in the 16th Round, but she has won gold medals in taekwondo events at the 2018 Asian Games and the 2017 Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games. She has also previously represented Jordan in the 2018 and 2019 World Taekwondo Grand Prix.

While she might not have taken the gold on this one, she is definitely someone you should keep your eye on.
The Lady Gaga/Olympics confusion however was soon put to bed when other Twitter users shared pictures from different camera angles and confirmed that it was indeed not who we thought it was.

Of course, everyone was aware that Gaga was most likely not the person we were actually watching but there's no denying that Julyana and Gaga do look quite alike.
And the memes themselves have also been quite entertaining:

Let's give a round of applause to Lady Gaga and Julyana for being two wonderful examples of inspirational superwomen.
Although we would recommend that Gaga stick to the entertainment industry, for now, we would still like to see her actual 'Poker Face' in action one day.
