WATCH: The Kiffness creates song by remixing his baby's heartbeat via ultrasound

We wouldn't expect anything less from South Africa's very own musical-meme genius.
From Cardi B revealing her completely unexpected baby bump via a live performance on television, TWICE, to Nick Cannon's seemingly endless amount of pregnancy announcements, by this time we would have thought we have seen it all!

And just like that, as if he knew we were thinking it, The Kiffness decided to prove us wrong.
We all get excited when our favourite musicians collaborate on a track. We also share in their joy when they announce that they're expanding their family.

So what would happen if you combined these two momentous occasions?
The Kiffness's new song does exactly that and it once again showcases his musical brilliance.

David Scott, who goes by the stage name The Kiffness, took to social media to announce that he and his wife are expecting their first child.
And they did it in the most The Kiffness way possible.
David has been a musician for many years and his discography offers a wide variety of genres and great songs.

Over the last few years, however, he has expanded his range even further by becoming the King of Meme music.
What this means is he has used his musical talent and ability to take strange sounds from around the internet (and the occasional meme) and created songs with them.

And many of these songs have gone viral.
His latest offering might be his followers' favourite seeing as it also includes the good news that he and his wife are going to be parents!
During a recent visit to the doctor for a scan, David quickly realised that the baby's heartbeat has a techno kind of sound to it.

So, naturally, he decided to make it into a song.
And so 'The Kiffness x 12 Week Old Foetus' was born.

Since the announcement, David and his wife have received an overwhelming outpouring of love and congratulatory messages.
Hopefully, this is only the first of many more family collaborations to come!

We also can't help but wonder: when clubs reopen and partying is back on the table, will this be the hottest dance track getting the bodies moving?
Probably... and we wouldn't even be mad at it.
