WATCH: Stacey & J Sbu, Morning Live News team poke fun at viral 'Jessica' video

Being on live television can be scary.

There are no do-overs, no fixing, editing or turning back and when the camera and mics are on, they are ON.

And living in this digital, social media age, anything that happens on live broadcast media has the potential to go viral faster than you can say "internet star".

If you see your name trending on Twitter, it might be good, it might be bad, but you're right to be anxious because it does usually tend to be on the negative side.

Jessica has also learnt this the hard way.

Namibian broadcaster, NBC, was live when the most unexpected exchange took place between two of its presenters.

During the live broadcast, Elmarie Kapunda turned to her colleague, sports presenter Jessica, and addressed her, waiting for her to take the conversation from there. To her surprise, Jessica told her: "You're just going to greet me and say: Take it away".

Stacey and J Sbu know a little bit about making mistakes on-air but probably know a lot more about avoiding accidents like this altogether.

Although everyone is bound to have the occasional error or slip-up, you obviously want to try and avoid it at all costs.

Even the best of the best have their off days and today, unfortunately, Stacey and J Sbu were not able to avoid it today:

Luckily, we all have had our fair share of embarrassing moments and can relate to Jessica on some level.

Sure, ours might not have been broadcast to thousands, but whether you fell off the treadmill or walked into a door, chances are someone was bound to see you do it.

Jessica, just so you know, we're laughing with you, not at you!
