The video shows a diner enjoying a meal when he suddenly slumps over in his chair. He seems to be unconscious.
Patrons around him quickly realise that he might be in trouble and jump up to assist him.

It seems like the man had been choking before he lost consciousness and so they tried to dislodge the blockage in order to get him breathing again.
