Going to gym and working out in the heavy weights ('men's') section can be quite daunting for a young female.
One personal trainer decided to lift everyone's eyebrows when she lifted a 200kg weight as part of her regular workout routine.
The onlookers were shook to say the least. Watch this moment transpire below:

@angelicasalvador is the female fitness instructor who easily lifted the 200kg barbell with her hips as onlookers were stunned by her immense talent.
Angelica Salvador lives in Melbourne and decided to share this video of herself thrusting the astonishing amount of weight up on her hips as she does with all other workouts. Little did she know that this video was bound to go viral.
Onlookers thereafter attempted to join in on the fun.

In the video above, a man approached her and said: "Seriously I've been watching you this whole time. That's like 200 kilos... I want to crack it."
Angelica moved out of the way to allow the man an opportunity to lift the weight, warning that he should be mindful "not to injure himself".
"Will I pop a hernia?" he joked.
While adjusting the barbell, the man speaks to his friends, agreeing that she's 'tough' and 'can lift heavier than they can'.
He tried and failed miserably. He could barely even lift it off the floor. So unfortunate.
However, they did praise this female instructor on her efforts and are gonna take some tips out of her handbook.
The comments also congratulated her on this epic moment when she wiped the floor with her strength and confidence.
