In the video, he made an emotional plea for anyone watching to help him support Nompilo Dlamini.
Nompilo is a young girl from Eswatini who is suffering from a debilitating illness called cystic fibrosis. In order to stand any chance of surviving this disease, she would need lifesaving surgery and a transplant.

To cover the costs of the procedure and her previous medical debt, Nompilo needs R2-million which seemed like a completely unattainable goal.
That's until her story came to Cassper's attention and he decided to contribute by donating R150,000 to her medical fund.
