In the video the cute little girl is heard sharing that she has a surprise for those viewing the video before she removes her beanie from her head.
Makhatso, who is the mother of little Ntandokazi shared on Twitter that the video was originally for family members who were initially stressed about by the news that the little girl was to shave her head because of the infection she developed.
Mommy did give an update that all is well with Ntandokazi, so everyone need not be concerned.
