A few months ago Stacey joined the #AirFryerGang.
Since then, she has been trying to get the hang of her new contraption, but she's been struggling to find healthy, delicious recipes for dishes she can create using her air fryer.
That was until she came across Solina Naidoo.

This mom of two from Hillcrest has had an incredible culinary journey which all started when she decided to share some of her recipes online during lockdown.
She started cooking from a very young age and the first thing she ever cooked was mutton curry, but every time she shared a photo or her recipes, people would be reaching out asking for more and more and eventually, she realised she could really do what she loved.
Her socials started blowing up and her following continued to grow and grow. She's been a featured creator on TikTok and has achieved a lot in the short time she's decided to commit to her page Perima's Kitchen.
Naturally, this gave Stacey all the more reason to invite Solina into the ECR kitchen and see what top tips and tasty treats Solina had to offer!
