VIRAL: Crocodile farmer hits animals with spade to herd them into a river

Upon first inspection, this viral video seems like a usual human-meets-animal moment. However, things take a turn when the man captured in the video begins to shoo the crocs away with a spade.

This video captioned, "Daily Day in Crocodile Farm", has been shared hundreds of times on all internet platforms.
We may not know exactly what's going on here, but one thing is for sure, it's very strange how the crocodiles comply and do not react aggressively when they are hit with the spade.

This indicates that the crocodiles have become obedient due to regularly receiving this type of treatment. The pattern of behaviour from the 'owner' suggests that this isn't his first rodeo due to the fearlessness he shows around the creatures.
