Or the infamously ignorant line: "But, you're from Africa?! How come you're white?"
Just recently an American TikTok star went viral for her false accusations about how South Africans keep lions as pets and toss them aside once they're "done"

The New Yorker recently visited Mzansi and she was so blown away by her experience that she just had to dispel some myths about South Africa.
Also, did you know that Mzansi was is derived from the word "Mzantsi", the isiXhosa word for "south"?
