This little boy had everyone in stitches when he didn't understand why his toy car wasn't charging due to load shedding.Β

In the video, he has a conversation with his mother about why the car is not charged. When the mother tries to explain it's due to load shedding - which means there's no electricity, the boy refuses to take that as a reason or explanation because all he'd like is his car charged...
