Things we could do when we were younger that we can't do anymore
Updated | By Stacey & J Sbu
Oh, what a time it used to be...
We all know the feeling when our back starts to ache, the bed's becoming comfy, people are becoming harder to be around, and the felling of getting older is setting in.
There are so many things that we could do when we were younger that now seem simply impossible.
When Stacey was asked her opinion, she told us the following: "I can not do more than one social activity a day. We either do lunch or dinner, not both."
She added that you should not do spontaneous get togethers and one should not consume alcoholic beverages more than once a week. This getting older thing is real, folks!
It's crazy to think that some activities that were part of our daily routine in our youth are too wild for our everyday routine now.
Some other notable mentions from Stacey were that you can not go to bed after 11pm and be productive the next day, 'Sleep-in'- what is that? Body Clock has entered the chat and she is here to stay! Take it easy and exchange a night out for a good old fashioned sleep. You never know what lucid dreams will arise...
Last but not least, constant texting. Who has the time?
Life is busy and the constant back and forth texting is too hard to keep up with. With the advances of social media, there are so many apps and notifications to respond to. Ditch the back and forth constant exchanges on WhatsApp for in-person interaction or video calls. Keep it concise and get to the point.
We almost threw our back out laughing at these jokes... click here.
Do you have "things that you used to do when you were younger but can't do anymore?" or is it just us?
