Thief meets his match in fellow South African... in Germany!
Updated | By Stacey and J Sbu
You won't believe what happens when a South African man is approached by a would-be thief... in Germany.

In a shocking and completely unexpected turn of events, a South African man living abroad became the target of a brazen thief... from his very own country.
The unbelievable incident, where the unsuspecting victim was simply trying to enjoy his music, has sent shockwaves (and laughter) across the internet.
As the would-be thief, with a shameless grin, approached the man and demanded his headphones, the victim's instincts kicked in.
With lightning-quick reflexes, he firmly shut down the thief, delivering a stern warning in his distinctive Cape Town accent.
"Djy, you djas," he exclaimed.
But here's the kicker. The thief, caught off guard by the victim's bold response, suddenly became sheepish, asking, "Oh, are you South African?"
The victim, seizing the opportunity, launched into a fiery tirade, reminding the would-be thief that they were in a foreign country and his antics were putting their fellow South Africans in a bad light.
"Don't come with your k*k gedagtes here," he warns. "We're in a different f*kken country. Don't put us on the eyes."
The video ends with him throwing up his hands in exasperation, asking, "Can we take our people nowhere?"
This is the WILDEST VIDEO of 2025 so far for me.
