These siblings called SAPS after ATM spat out R10k in notes

Doing the right thing isn't easy, especially when it involves large sums of money...
Another day in Mzansi where honest siblings decided to call the police rather than take their pot of gold.
After the duo made a withdrawal from an ATM in Oudtshoorn, it started raining cash to the value of R10,000.
Alysia and Shane Mowers contemplated what they should do about this rare situation.
Was it a gift or defining moment in their life?

According to IOL: "Instead of grabbing the stash, the siblings tried to alert security via the CCTV cameras near the ATM. When that failed, they contacted the police."
As indicated, the siblings did the right thing.
They didn't keep the money as the two work with children and didn't have the heart to be dishonest, even in these trying times.

In a Facebook post about the incident, Evelyn Le Roux-Daniel (the pair's aunt) wrote: “My sister’s son and daughter went last nite to Absa Bank ATM in Oudtshoorn to do a cardless withdrawal. After they finished the transaction, the ATM went crazy and just dispensed lots of money. Do you know what they did? They safeguarded the cash and called the cops. Proud to be called your aunty, and for being model citizens.”
We can learn a lot from this duo and their actions.
The practice of integrity is mostly about what you do when no one is watching.
