Theo Kgosinkwe and Nhlanhla Nciza are legends in the South African music industry and despite their global success, the two remain accesible and down to earth.
Veteran superstar Afropop duo Mafikizolo is back doing what they do best. They have been dominating the music industry for over two decades with smash hits like 'Emlangeni', 'Buti Ngihamba Nawe' and 'Khona', and now the duo is back with a brand new banger.

Well-known for their wedding must-haves - songs like Ndihamba Nawe and Masthokoze - the pair teamed up with relative newcomers to the
industry, Simmy, and well-renowned producer Sun-El Musician on Mamezala.
Mamezala, which means mother-in-law in Zulu, is a mid-tempo track celebrating the formalisation of a union through a wedding. Mamezala is a tradition that urges the future mother-in-law to come outside, welcome the guests, and celebrate with ululations as the son/daughter-in-law arrive.

Producer Sun-El Musician brings his laid-back mid-tempo brand of dance-electronica to the song, while singer and songwriter Simmy’s breathy, understated vocals are a perfect addition to those of Mafikizolo’s vocalists Nhlanhla Nciza and Theo Kgosinkwe.
