Stacey and J Sbu bare all with KZN
Updated | By Stacey and JSbu
As imperfect humans, sometimes the rush of our emotions may get the best of us, leaving us regretful of our actions.
Many a therapist have been quoted as urging people to exercise self control and stepping away from a dispute with someone until there is calm.
This is, however, always easier said than done.
I think we can all admit to saying something we wish we had not said during an argument or fight with someone. When you are in an argument, your emotions seemingly take over and some of us tend to do what we refer to as 'going below the belt'. Very often, even after there has been a reconciliation, the words exchanged remain etched on mind and heart of the other party.
Stacey and J Sbu have had similar instances.
It is with their nearest and dearest that things can become evidently ugly and cruel.
The duo shared with KZN instances in their lives where they had perhaps crossed the line with a comment or remark and in turn asked the audience to be vulnerable and share theirs.

One of the more emotional moments on the show came through via Noxy who is from Johannesburg after she shared her regret with a childhood friend. Listen to that moment below:
J Sbu was vulnerable himself with KZN as he shared his own moment of complete truths dealing with his late brother, grab the tissues:
