It's wedding bell season and you know what that means... time to fork out the big bucks.
To say the least, planning a wedding can be stressful. With so many rules, customs, and traditions to abide by, it's hard to juggle that while also adding your own personal touch.
One of the elements that we feel allows a couple to add their specificities is with the bridal party's outfits.

To get the best bang for you buck, is it better to pay for the groomsmen and bridesmaids outfit or rather put this expense on them? After all, it is your wedding.

So here's the predicament...
On the one hand, if you are specific about what dress to buy, where to buy it from etc. then it is seemingly unfair to expect someone to break the bank just for a day of celebration. On top of buying the outfit, hair, make-up, shoes, gifts, transport etc. may be required of the person.
On the contrary, being part of a wedding party is a well established custom. "If you can't afford it, be transparent or decline the offer," says one online user.
