Shock and horror: Frozen chicken wings from Brazil test positive for Coronavirus
Consumers in China have apparently been
urged to exercise caution when buying imported frozen food from Brazil after a
surface sample of chicken wings tested positive for coronavirus.
The chicken that tested positive came from an Aurora Alimentos plant in the southern state of Santa Catarina, according to the registration number given.

The positive sample appears to have been taken from the surface of the meat.
After the findings that the frozen chicken wings were positive with the virus, they decided to do virus tests of the people who may have possibly come into contact with the product and tests of related products.
Luckily, the results for the test all came back negative, the statement said.
The government, just like any other government, just wants consumers to be cautious and more aware when buying imported frozen foods and aquatic products, because at this point in time we can never be too sure who or what has the coronavirus.
