You can't hide anything from Mzansi, especially for a shot of fame.
In this week's edition of #FakeNews, a 'micro-celeb' got shut down by Twitter users!.
It all started with a simple Twitter post about the allegedly "awful" day @flyingMisu had,, when her boyfriend "left her" and her car in shambles.
Have a look at this moment it all escalated faster than the fuel prices:

At first glance, everything is seemingly genuine, but upon further inspection, it was all a lie. One user shares how this in fact fake by sharing the original post - including the pictures. #Receipts
The original post describes how a teacher's car was set alight by her co-workers after a corruption scandal.

The plot thickens when another user posts the exact same thing.
This caused users to spiral and others to connect the dots.
This hilarious double take lead to many users commenting:
- "surely yall sharing a husband",
- "I get sharing a husband, but sharing a car???"
- "It's the people who believe the lie for me"
- "`Funny how people seek attention for the sake of likes"
- "Someone needs to check on that car indeed. It’s been through a lot. I hope it’s alright."
And finally... the response that had us rolling on the floor with laughter:
"This poor car has been through a lot, burnt for a girlfriend, a wife and a school teacher." #DEAD
This took Bridgerton's "I burn for you" type of love way too literally.
