Are you brave enough to have one of each item you own or are you prepared with a second? 

We’ve come across a phenomenon where people purchase two of the same item or ensure they have a spare of said item.

Some people have a natural inclination to keep a spare of certain items, doubling up on essentials like phones or even TVs. 

After some research, we found a few items that people have two of. Let us know if you have any of these items in our poll below:

While we haven’t found any solid answers for why people do this, some of the reasons we’ve come across include:

• Security,

• Convenience,

• Preference for being prepared.

Having two of the same item may seem like an unusual choice to some, but it’s one that is comfortable and convenient to others.
