The passenger seat etiquette debate
How well would you say you conduct yourself when you are in someone else's car? Are you that person who is eating in the car causing a mess or are you that person that JSbu thinks is improper.
During this week, Stacey and JSbu have been carpooling together, with JSbu behind the wheel and Stacey in the passenger seat. It was the first time the duo did this, as they decided to do it to spend some more time together as well as to save on fuel.
JSbu, who is also a music producer, believes he has the best music playlist and he was excited to share it with Stacey. It seems as though JSbu did not get the chance to do so because of what Stacey did moments after she entered the car.
As the duo were on route to their destination, without warning as JSbu was playing his 'impressive' music catalogue, Stacey leaned in and changed the song that was playing and played something that she found to be better for the drive.
JSbu was so taken aback he visibly turned to Stacey with shock and questioned as to why she had decided to change their playlist. This sparked a light-hearted debate about what the protocol for people who take up the passenger seat is. The duo took their debate to the airwaves to get KZN to weigh in.
