Updated | By Tamlyn Canham
Will Smith and Kristen Stewart are both up for awards at this year's Oscars.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced the nominations for the 2022 Oscars.
'The Power Of The Dog', starring Kirsten Dunst and Benedict Cumberbatch, is leading the nominees with 12 nods. Kirsten is nominated for 'Actress in a Supporting Role', while Benedict is up for 'Actor in a Leading Role'.
The movie has also been recognised in the 'Best Picture' category alongside 'King Richard', 'Belfast', 'Coda', 'Don't Look Up', 'Drive My Car', 'Dune', 'Licorice Pizza', 'Nightmare Alley', and 'West Side Story'.
Will Smith received a nod in the 'Actor in a Leading Role' category for 'King Richard'. He won his first-ever Golden Globe award for the part in January.
Will has received two Academy Award nominations in the past for 'Ali' (2002) and 'Pursuit of Happyness' (2007). He's up against Denzel Washington at this year's awards show. Denzel has extended his record as the most Oscar-nominated black man in history.
The 67-year-old is nominated for his role in 'The Tragedy of Macbeth'.
