OMG: Lonely dog found abandoned but wait.. the owners left a note!
It is truly sad when you find abandoned animals left to find their way especially during a time like this and when the cold is at its peak.
A story has surfaced on social media about a dog that was found abandoned by their owners, the Black Labrador was found chained to a fence near Jasmil Kennels in Upchurch, Kent with a sad note saying he didn't learn to be good.

This elderly abandoned dog was found tied to a gate with a note, this note was asking a kennel to take him in because he had not 'learnt to be good'.
Dogs are meant to protected and treated well and taken care of. An option to take the dog to a dog shelter was definitely in the books but the owners clearly didn't have enough "time" to think about that.
