#OfficeDrama: Is it appropriate to ask someone for their food?

Is there someone who rubs you the wrong way when they ask you for food at work?
Come rain or shine, the leeches of the office will come out to play.
A recent surge in Mzansi has seen people asking their fellow co-workers or friends for their food.
Bear in mind their is a difference between a handful of popcorn, having this happen once in a blue moon, and having half your sandwich gone every single day.

There comes a time in someone’s life where they reach a pinnacle, they can no longer have the food bully snatch half their lunch.
Stacey and J Sbu share some top tips that allow their food to remain safe and sound in their bellies:
Small Tupperware folks, keep it tight and compact and they will never have the audacity to ask you for some food.- Stacey Norman
I rarely bring food to work but when I walk in empty handed, they know not to mess with me. I make sure to collect my delivered food with my own two hands and never let it out of my sight- J Sbu
As you can see, Stacey and J Sbu leave little room for any opportunistic “office scavengers” to prey on them.

Many of the users have been in a pickle when they came home with leftovers.
Some mentioned instances where family were upset with the lack of sharing and consideration.
Others mentioned a breach of privacy as family wants to know all about the dinner date.
Stacey Norman mentions: "One thing we know for sure is that if you bring food home, it's no longer just yours."

- Use it for tomorrow's lunch
- Reinvent them
- Freeze them
- Swap them
- Preserve them
