Mzansi show no sympathy for man who got fired - and jailed - over fraudulent sick note

They say "fake it 'til you make it", but this fella got caught red handed!
In need of a personal day? We've all been there.
Some people go to extreme lengths to get out of working without getting booted.
However, this Joburg man took it to another level when he submitted a fraudulent sick note to his employer.
The Health Professions Council of South Africa has investigated the matter:

“The HPCSA Inspectorate Office conducted a joint operation with the Ekurhuleni East crime intelligence unit and the Germiston Flying Squad where the man was arrested for submitting a fraudulent medical certificate to his employer."- Christopher Tsatsawane- HPCSA spokesperson
It was further confirmed: “During the operation, the man was found having purchased a fraudulent medical certificate under the name of Dr IK Mukhere. During investigation, the man indicated his willingness to accompany the operation team to Tembisa to point out the individual from whom he purchased the medical certificate.” (iOL)
The man was taken into custody and by the SAPS, where he was charged with fraud and arrested.
