"My wife and I are struggling to connect after having a baby" - KZN listener Pravin
Updated | By Stacey and J Sbu
Relationships with partners, family, and friends often change after having a baby.
When a couple makes the decision to grow their family from two to three or possibly more, there is bound to be some change in every aspect of their lives.
That is why most families plan their pregnancies when it comes to career and finances.
It is undoubtedly one of the biggest transformations that one can face when you become a parent.
Some couples grow stronger whilst others can grow apart, because so much time is dedicated to caring for the child.
This is exactly the case for this week's edition of the #TheFixer with Stacey and J Sbu.
#TheFixer is a feature on Stacey and J Sbu's show in which the duo gives KZN listeners an opportunity to share their dilemmas that they seek advice on. Together with the help of fellow KZN listeners, Stacey and J Sbu try to help the concerned party fix their problem.

Pravin and his wife are proud new parents to a bouncing baby boy, who is now six months old. The proud parents are absolutely besotted by their son, but since the birth, there have been some challenges with their romantic relationship.
According to Pravin, he and his wife could not be more disconnected than what they are right now.
The two are so absorbed by being working parents, caring for their son Aiden, and taking care of their home. This leaves little to no time for their relationship. Pravin is sympathethic to the fact that he and his wife are finding their feet and that the early stages of being a parent was always going to be hard.
His biggest concern is that what seems to be a temporary situation could then become their new norm. His wife is in agreement with him and she would like to be able to spend more time with him.
Pravin approached Stacey and J Sbu to seek if the rest of the KZN community - new parents in particular, had any tips or advise on how they managed to navigate maintaining a connection to their spouse whilst being dedicated parents.
