Miss SA to take over from President Cyril Ramaphosa?

Could our Miss South Africa be the next president?
Five words by our reigning Miss South Africa shared on her Twitter account started a social media storm on Thursday.
"I want to be president" is what Shudu Musida shared with her 170,000 followers on Twitter. Shudu declared her hopes for the future for a different crowning - as the first citizen.
Her tweet quickly became viral and garnered some backlash from Twitter users who did not think that Shudu was presidential material.

Luckily, there was an overwhelming response to the hate from Shudu's fans who shared that our Miss SA can be anything she wants to be!
You have a bachelor of political science, and also graduated honors from the most prominent universities in SA. You are more than qualified compared to 2 presidents I know(academically speaking), yet because you are a woman people want to invalidate your dream😔. I'll vote for u.

You can be anything you want my sister, don't let the weak minded intimidate your visions or goals because of how useless they have turned out to be. The very fact that it came to pass in your mind, it means you can manifest it in reality. ❤️

Our Miss SA is yet to respond to the comments her tweet has caused.
This is not the first time Shudu has come under fire on social media. Earlier this year, she was called out by Twitter trolls who claimed that she should be focusing on more important things than posing in a bikini and sharing swimsuit snaps.
