Man loses it, does burnouts at drive-thru over ice-cream

A Hungry Jack's drive-thru in Adelaide had a valid excuse for not being able to serve ice-cream, but this guy was having none of it.
A video has gone viral of a man doing a burnout at a Hungry Jack's drive-thru in Adelaide... just because he couldn't get his ice-cream fix for the day!
An onlooker was able to capture the whole moment and post it on Instagram.
It is said that the man behind the wheel held up in the drive-thru lane because he was angry about his ice-cream. Imagine!
Soft serve machines at fast food restaurants, for some odd reason, are often broken and sadly for this driver, it happened when he was in desperate need of a fix.

The man who was driving a black Nissan wagon then went on to throw a few burnouts next to the customer service window when he received the unfortunate news about his ice-cream - but he didn't stop there. He then moved the vehicle to the On The Run car park to burn some more rubber.
But wait for it...
The police reported that he went on to drive out of control near three schools in the area.
When the police tried to stop him by flicking on their emergency lights and sirens, the driver allegedly was able to pull a sneaky U-turn and get away from them. They eventually caught up with him at a property near Happy Valley Drive.
He was found in his bathroom and when asked to take a breathalyser test, he refused.
He's since been charged with misuse of a motor vehicle, failing to obey a direction to stop, hindering police, refusing a breath test, and contravening an alcohol interlocking scheme after it was discovered his licence was subject to mandatory alcohol scheme conditions.
