LISTEN: Heightened safety concerns over lift platform horror stories
Updated | By Stacey & J Sbu
When will they start taking action?!

As a priority, safety has always been a concern for the users and the platforms.

Throughout the thread, we begin to understand the intense and unforgiving process one must follow in order to report a crime.
We also learn of the minimal security process that Bolt and other lift services have and the growing concern for safety.
We only hope that stories like this will gain more traction, give power to the victims, and prevent more incidents from occurring.
