On our very own shores, a very popular couple are busy going through a rough patch.

Model Lee-Ann Liebenberg and her entrepreneur husband, Nicky Van Der Walt just celebrated their 10-year-wedding anniversary a few months ago and all seemed well.

They also recently welcomed baby number three and are the picture of happiness and love in their recent YOU Magazine photoshoot:

But as it turns out this fairytale might not have the happy ending we all expected.

Lee-Ann took to her Instagram stories on Friday night to announce that she and Nicky have decided to "part ways":

Although she didn't elaborate any further she did post one more story that contained some cryptic clues that could allude to a possible reason for the separation.

She has since deleted the second story but her fans and followers were too quick and quickly screenshots of the story, and the profile mentioned in the story, began circulating online.

While no official statements have been made to address the sudden separation announcement, people have started making their own assumptions.
