Being part of a neighborhood has its benefits and disadvantages. It's amazing knowing that there are people around in case of an emergency, but those same people can also be the bane of your existence.
Unfortunately in life, we're all going to experience living beside a very annoying person. You will find yourself staying next to a loud, annoyingly messy neighbour, one who always has something to complain or nag about, one that always wants to know the next gossip and finds it appropriate to share other people's news with you, the one that has people over, the pervert neighbour.. the list could honestly go on.

But some neighbours go beyond the expected normal neighbour pettiness. They either are one of the best neighbours you've ever experienced and you end up forming a solid lifetime relationship with them, or they make you wish you had never even met them.
