Khloe Kardashian receives backlash over new images

Another day, another Kardashian drama. This time, Khloe is being blasted on social media following an advertisement using an image of her where she is visibly three shades darker.
In a post shared on Instagram by Ipsy, which is a beauty products brand, Khloe Kardashian appears in a paid-for advertisement for the brand looking very different to how the world is used to seeing her.

Social media users were quick to call out the reality star on what they believe is the continued appropriation of the African American culture by the sisters.
The beyhive, which is the fan base of Beyonce, jumped into the debate by saying that they believe Khloe intentionally morphed herself into the mega star.

The Kardashian family is not new to controversy and making headline news for all the wrong reasons. If it is not speculation about their love lives, it's their ever changing looks. Khloe, Kim, and Kylie Jenner have often been questioned about their alleged plastic surgery. Kylie has spoken out in the past about her insecurities of the size of her lips, and how she decided to get temporary lip fillers.
Whilst the social media storm continues for Khloe Kardashian, she is yet to address the comments around her skin tone being visibly darker.

Khloe has also caught some flak for her recent Instagram post where she promoted a prescription migraine medication. Some users felt it was irresponsible of the reality TV star:
She should not be advertising medication period”, one commenter wrote, while another user agreed, writing: That’s what I was thinking. I thought doctors were the only ones legally able to recommend or prescribe medicine- Twitter user
