We guess models took the term "break a leg" and just ran with it...

A recent post by renowned South Africa shoe seller, Shelflife, showcases some eye-catching shoes.

Business Insider reports: "The boots, called the Mschf AC.1, were listed on Instagram by Shelflife Store, a streetwear retailer in Cape Town and Johannesburg, for R6,999. The retailer confirmed that locals are in fact buying from their limited stock."

The frivolity doesn't end there. Can you believe that Mzansi is actually flocking to buy these "shoes". 

In their defence, MSCHF, a street fashion brand in the USA, from which Shelflife procured its stock, says: “Injury is in. Health is out.” 

Customers can now “look broken while still being whole”.

Subsequently, one user raises a point of how these moon boots must be out of this world, as the price is astronomical.
