"I want to terminate my pregnancy without consulting my partner of three years" - KZN listener
Today’s story is one that was shared with us in trust, because it's sensitive. A mother-to-be wants to have an abortion without involving her trusted partner of three years. It's a scenario that sounds so easy to get around but it's trickier than it seems because everyone has a right to choose what they want for themselves and their body.

Today the story we are sharing is very sensitive, so we had to protect the individual's identity- so the person who voiced the story is not the actual person. For purposes of the conversation, we will refer to her as 'Gugu'.
This KZN listener wrote to Stacey and J Sbu seeking advice. She is contemplating terminating her pregnancy without consulting her partner of three years.
