How do YOU eat a marshmallow Easter egg?
Updated | By Stacey & J Sbu
Marshmallow Easter eggs are a staple in most homes this time of year but do you have a specific way of eating them?

Heading into the long weekend, shelves are still packed to the top with chocolates galore.
Many families have specific traditions when it comes to eating these holiday chocolates.
Stacey Norman is one such person.
She prefers to peel her marshmallow egg but she doesn’t just do it willy-nilly – there’s a method to this madness.
Here’s a little backstory.
Let’s rewind to Stacey’s childhood. She was part of an Easter egg hunt and in classic Stacey fashion, she had found almost all the eggs.
But little did she know, all her hard work would be for nothing. In a shocking twist, she was forced to share her stash. Since that day, Stacey’s been a little more guarded when it comes to Easter… and understandably so.
To make sure history never repeats itself, Stacey now takes matters into her own hands. She buys an entire box of Easter eggs – just for herself. No sharing, no surprises.
She heads to the nearest store, carefully selects the most perfect box she can find, takes it home, and places it straight into the freezer. Safe, sound, and ready when she is.
“Once the chocolate is chilled, I remove it from the fridge and if the box is a little roughed up, I turn it upside down and select an egg packet from the bottom.
"I open said packet and begin to peel the layer of chocolate away. Once this process is done, I have a gooey centre to tantalise my taste buds. Cause why would you wanna do it any other way?” Stacey shared.
We’re curious – do you have a go-to way of enjoying a marshmallow Easter egg? Take our poll and let us know:
