Updated | By Stacey and JSbu
An horrific car accident left Tania van Zyl paralysed, but that has not stopped her from doing what she has always dreamt of.
This story may start off in a sad manner, but the ending is a beautiful love story.

Tania recently shared her wonderful fairytale story with Martin Bester on the Breakfast show. She had one of the worst setbacks one can ever imagine in life, but she managed to rise above it and live out her dream of walking down the aisle towards her husband-to-be.
Tania shared a bit of her story and said:
I'm a normal person who shoots music videos to edit. Nine years ago, I was in a car accident that paralysed me from the waist down. Ever since I became paralysed, I said I was going to walk down the aisle. I got engaged. I practiced for eight years with the full body support device I have, I kept practicing although it was tiring.- Tania
She got married on the 17th of October and walked down the aisle with her dad.
Tania is definitely a real hero and we praise her for her determination.
