'Golden Girl' Betty White dies at age 99

The beloved actress and comedian Betty White who was only but a few days ago looking forward at turning 100-years-old has sadly passed away.

TMZ is reporting today that the iconic actress passed away at her home just before 9:30 am on Friday.
White, will be remembered as having the longest running career for any woman in TV prior to her death, she starred on multiple shows over eight decades.
Her most famous role, was of course the lead role of 'Rose Nylund' on the hit TV show: The Golden Girls which ran from 1985 to 1992.
Betty White is the recipient of 5 Emmy Awards, Screen Actors Guild Awards, American Comedy Awards and a Grammy Award.
She would of celebrated her milestone Birthday on the 17th of January.
