After he received the prestigious award meant for the world renowned artist, he started creating content as if he were the superstar.
He then cleverly played on the lack of understanding and familiarisation Harry would have if he was running his own account.
The username "secretsue94" may have seemed random BUT it was all carefully curated to surprise the audience and get the buy in from the die-hard fans.

If you're a true fan, you know that Harry's nickname is Sue.
Secret was chosen because he is trying to keep it a secret, duh.
