The Big Walk is back and no one is as excited as the drive duo, Stacey and J Sbu. In preparation for this epic event, they have been taking their running shoes out for a spin.

Parkrun is a free community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or even spectate. Parkrun is a 5km run, jog or walk that takes place every Saturday morning all over the world.
"This is such a welcoming and inclusive event. There is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to tag along," shares Parkrun.
