Actress, model, and former wife of Black Coffee, Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa, is reported to have lost her court bid to compel her husband to pay for her legal fees as well as spousal and child maintenance.
They were once Mzansi's most loved couple, but ever since the news of their separation and divorce, it seems things continue to keep getting messier for Mbali and Black Coffee. The couple parted ways in 2019 after four years of marriage.

It has been reported that Mbali's application was dismissed with costs at the Johannesburg High Court, with the court stating that her demands of over R131,000 in monthly maintenance were not substantiated and unreasonable.
Mlotshwa's demands were made up of R80,000 in child maintenance for their two young children, R30,000 for groceries and household items, and R17,800 for her beauty cosmetics.
In addition to the above, she demanded that her ex husband pay for her medical bills as she had suffered from depression due to the stress of the much publicised divorce. In the court ruling made on Wednesday, the judge dismissed Mlotshwa’s application with costs and ordered that she only get R15,000 a month for spousal maintenance and R50,000 in child support.
When news made the headlines over the weekend, Mbali Mlotshwa was quick to dismiss these reports as being false, with the actress sharing the following:
The law is alway fair.... (great #rule43 verdict and it will continue) to be. @SundayWorldZA the people are not stupid. This matter will physically go to court you can’t lie then.... the truth always comes to light!!! My silence is not out of stupidity.- Mbali Entle Mlotshwa
Mbali maintains that the claims made by some newspapers are false and that she in fact was awarded compensation from her ex husband, but that was as far as she was willing to comment on the matter.
