Updated | By Stacey and J Sbu
The second group of semi-finalists, Sonia Mokheseng, Kaige West Bertasso, and Ndabe Zondi, have made it through their first week...
The #ECRPresenterSearch kicked off with a bang and every day since the launch has been filled with anticipation, excitement, and so much talent!
In case you have been living under a rock the past few weeks, let's fill you in real quick.

Stacey and J Sbu are looking for a new presenter to join the East Coast Radio presenter line-up and they wanted to give YOU the chance to become a part of the family.
Since announcing the #ECRPresenterSearch competition, our DMs, Facebook inbox, WhatsApp line, and everything in between have been filled to the brim with entries and we couldn't be happier.

However, there can only be six semi-finalists and this week we filled the final three spots.
Sonia Mokheseng, Kaige West Bertasso, and Ndabe Zondi made it through to their first challenge - the live show.
Stacey and J Sbu took off to Phoenix Plaza on Friday and they took the three newbies along for the ride.

When they arrived, they were told that at this broadcast they will be going on-air with the Drive duo for the first time.
Not only that, but they would each be handed one task that they needed to execute during the show.
They had to dance along to #TrafficJamWithJSbu and the #ECRMix (which they did admit is not as easy as it seems on Facebook live!).

You can see all the highlights from the second #ECRPresenterSearch semi-finalist takeover here:
Sonia Mokheseng
Sonia is no stranger to radio which could give her a bit of an advantage.
But now she is in the big leagues and taking over the best Drive show in KZN!
Kaige West Bertasso
You might recognise this familiar face from the very first season of 'Love Island South Africa'.
Kaige is more than just a pretty-faced, he's a reality star, and since he's done television, he's ready to try his hand at radio.
Ndabe Zondi
Ndabe might seem quiet and composed but that all changed when Stacey and J Sbu handed him the mic!
J Sbu let him take the reigns on the iconic #TrafficJamWithJSbu and let's just say, J Sbu was nervous...
One thing we did learn: Ndabe's got the moves!
Here are some more of the best moments:
And we can't forget all the dancing!
And our fave, DJ Rea, really came through with another FIRE #ECRMix:
And so the final #ECRPresenterSearch semi-finalist outside broadcast takeover came to an end.
While the three future potential presenters might have had to deal with a bit of nerves, at the end of the day, they had a blast, Stacey and J Sbu enjoyed having a whole dance crew joining them for #ECRMix and #TrafficJamWithJSbu and they were happy to be mentors for the day.
Now only time will tell whether one of these three will end up taking that highly coveted ECR presenting spot.
On Monday, 28 June, we enter the next round of #ECRPresenterSearch. All the semi-finalists have been announced and now the real race is on!
Voting opens soon so make sure you keep an eye on all the East Coast Radio and Stacey and J Sbu social media pages and make sure you help your favourite future star get to the top!
