The ECR family came through for this listener!
Not so long ago, we came across a shocking story of one of our listeners who sleeps on the same bed that her husband's parents did.
A series of events have led Stacey and J Sbu to start the conversation and break the cycle of generational mattresses.

Here are some tips on when it's time to change your bed:
- If it’s 6-8+ years old
- It’s negatively affecting your sleep
- It’s noticeably saggy or damaged in certain areas
- It’s making more noise than usual (noisy springs are common in old innerspring mattresses)
- You find that you sleep better at hotels, friends’ houses, etc.
- You notice an increase in allergies and/or asthma
- You regularly wake up with muscle or joint stiffness
