Updated | By Stacey and J Sbu
The Investec SA Open is back at Durban Country Club! Sunshine Tour commissioner Thomas Abt shared the excitement, the significance of the tournament, and what's in store for fans with sports lead Nick Tatham.

The Investec SA Open is set to make its return to Durban Country Club from February 27 to March 2, marking its first appearance at the venue since 2010.
Thomas Abt, Sunshine Tour commissioner, expressed his excitement about the event, citing the revamped Durban Country Club as a major draw card.
" We've got such positive intentions from many of our players to
come and be part of the event," Abt told sports lead Nick Tatham.
"It's going to be a wonderful tournament to be part of again," he said.
The event is expected to attract some of South Africa's top golfers, including Thriston Lawrence, Dean Burmester and Charl Schwartzel.
Abt also hinted that some PGA Tour players may participate, depending on their schedules.
The Investec SA Open is the second-oldest National Open in the world and has been identified as part of the Open Qualifying Series. This means that the top three players from the event will qualify to play in the Open Championship.
Abt emphasised the significance of the event, not only for South African golfers but also for the global golf community.
" It's something that every single one of our professional golfers on the Sunshine Tour and I'm guessing on the DP you also would want to win," he said.
Tickets for the event are available at sunshinetour.com and fans can expect a festive atmosphere with a tournament village featuring local food, arts and crafts and a showcase of other sporting codes.
The Investec SA Open promises to be an exciting event and golf enthusiasts are encouraged to get their tickets and be a part of the action.
