As the wedding bells begin to ring, one groom will be left stranded, as the show must go on without him.

An unfortunate incident occurred days before a groom had to get on a plane. Donato Frattaroli, a Boston resident, faces an issue unlike anything we have ever witnessed. His dog ate his passport and, no, this is not a joke.

Golden Retriever, Chickie, who is a mere year and a half old, inadvertently caused a serious problem by chewing his owner's passport.
His fiancée is scrambling to find a solution before their big day and we can only imagine how frustrated she is.
The couple had to call in the big guns to fix this complication. It is reported that the couple has contacted local authorities for assistance in obtaining a replacement passport before they're meant to walk down the aisle.
While the duo remains optimistic that a solution will arise, a contingency plan has been made if the documentation cannot come through.

The couple will opt to stay in their hometown while guests lavishly enjoy a holiday in Italy.
