Do you swear by loyalty cards or are they embarrassing?
South Africa is famous for its various rewards and loyalty programmes where customers can save money and opt in for exclusive deals just by being a member.

Despite the obvious drawbacks of never having a physical card on hand, losing the card and rarely remembering to redeem points, many users share their good experiences with these programmes.
"I love woolies coffee and being apart of the loyalty program allows me to save 15% each time- what a win!" says one Facebook user.

On the other hand, much discussion was sparked on Twitter over how embarrassing having these cards actually is.
