This is something every adult needs to hear...
We all know about bullying and the effects that it can have on people.

Bullying in the workplace, between family and friends is prevalent. You could be a bully, too.
Although at times in can be on a spectrum of different forms of bullying, it is never okay to bully someone.
Very often we bully people or get bullied without even realising it. Shrugging it off has now become second nature to a lot of us.
However, in order to address and fix it, we need not be afraid to call someone out in order to create awareness on how their actions truly come across.
If you're hurting you need to make it clear to the other person why. If you do nothing, it will happen to other people or it will just get worse.
If you're the bully, you need to stay open to constructive criticism. As clichè as it sounds, treat others the way you want to be treated.

As we grow older, many people will say that we should 'toughen up' or 'it's just a joke'.
As Stacey would respond: "Don't tell me I can't take a joke, check your behaviour."
You can often feel it in your soul when something someone is saying is not landing. It's okay to feel your feelings are justified and valid, but it's not okay to do nothing.
Adult bullies don't simply target insecure people- they create them. The more self-assured, accomplished and likeable the person they conquer is, the more confidence they gain to find their next victim.- joinblush.com
Don't let yourself become the next victim or create them.
